The month of July has been more than a series of programmes for me. It has been a journey of learning, connection, gratitude, and a deeper realization of the responsibility that lies ahead.
The month began with a significant milestone, the launch of the Certificate Course in Self-Healthcare and Wellness through Odisha State Open University (OSOU). What began years ago as a thought, a concern, and a personal mission is gradually finding its place within formal education.
I was then blessed with opportunities to interact with the teams of Aditya Aluminium and Tata Power. An online seminar was conducted, and their appreciation and satisfaction strengthened my belief that people are ready to understand health differently, not merely as the absence of disease, but as a daily responsibility towards the body, mind, and cells.
The programme organised for the Rotarians in Angul was another deeply touching experience. Their warmth, attention, and emotional response reminded me that when a message comes from conviction, it reaches beyond the ears and touches the heart.
From Angul, my journey took me to IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, where I had the privilege of interacting with brilliant young minds and distinguished faculty members. Their curiosity, intelligence, and openness filled me with hope. I realised that our younger generation does not merely need more information; they need the right understanding of their biology, emotions, purpose, relationships, and inner potential.
The more people I meet, the more I understand them.
Behind every successful face, there may be an unseen struggle. Behind every confident voice, there may be anxiety. Behind every achievement, there may be exhaustion, loneliness, or fear. This journey has taught me that people do not always need another prescription. Sometimes, they need awareness, direction, encouragement, and someone who genuinely believes in their capacity to heal, grow, and transform.
Through the CelluReva™ Protocol, I am witnessing positive changes not only around me, but also within me. Every meeting is expanding my vision. Every interaction is strengthening my conviction. Every programme reminds me that this is not merely a professional initiative; it is a broader human responsibility.
Today, I feel that a much greater journey lies ahead.
Through GSHER, we aspire to take self-healthcare education from institutions to industries, from campuses to communities, from professionals to ordinary families, and ultimately from self-care to cell-care.
But a mission of this magnitude cannot belong to one person alone.
I invite doctors, educators, researchers, institutions, industries, social organisations, youth leaders, wellness professionals, and every compassionate individual to extend a helping hand. Your knowledge, time, experience, resources, network, or encouragement can help this movement reach someone who truly needs it.
Let us come together, not merely to treat disease, but to educate people before disease forces them to stop.
Let us build a future where individuals understand their bodies, respect their biology, protect their health, and take conscious responsibility for their lives.
I remain deeply grateful to everyone who trusted me, invited me, listened to me, supported me, and became a part of this journey.
May Lord Jagannath illuminate my path, protect me from ego and distraction, give me the strength to carry this responsibility, and continue to shower His blessings upon this mission.
